OPTI-QC Z
OPTI-QC Z is a cutting-edge solution that provides precise thickness analysis and detection of deviations in the material, such as those that may occur during the hot-pressing phase. Utilizing advanced “parallel structured light” 3D imaging technology, OPTI-QC Z can scan even large workpieces—up to 2.6 m x 25.0 m—as they move along the production line.
OPTI-QC X
OPTI-QC X is a specialized solution designed for measuring the width of workpieces as they move along the production line. It is particularly suited for LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) production, where large blanks are sawn into narrower pieces for delivery to customers. The system can be installed on conveyors up to 2.6 meters wide.
